Pros

Great benefits, some really nice people.

Cons

Hours are inflexible (and they were not straightforward about this prior to hiring, despite inquiries). Boss gaslighted me and lied about things I did. The processes aren't very solid and are in some cases antiquated, and there is a lack of oversight. The training is inadequate. They pray at every gathering; very unprofessional. Employees are expected to attend a lot of functions and 8 AM meetings, which is frustrating when already working evenings and weekends, not to mention it's nearly impossible for parents with school-aged children to make the 8 AM meetings.

Pros

Freedom to be creative. Free benefits. Good culture and values. Executives that invest back into the employees and foster a great environment.

Cons

Honestly can say nothing bad.
