Commission only and is great when have qualified leads/appointments
Cons
-appointment is made by office and very little prequalified - straight commission so you may drive 3 hours to an appointment for something the company does not offer because management makes you go to every appointment regardless because it cost the company nothing -Almost no communication from management unless it is to degrade you or say words I won’t repeat that should never come out of any professionals mouth -position starts as one thing and you end with about 10-15 hours more work per week that you will never be financially compensated for because you are on commission and it has nothing to do with the position you were hired to do - embarrassing because they do not service the customers that have issues later in a timely manner and at times do not call them back -continuously raise prices to customers even when the company has not received price increases to justify it -you will NEVER receive a single check on time and if you do feel lucky if the bank can cash it. -Absolutely no benefits such as insurance or retirement or even the possibility of getting them in the future with this company
