Pros

Visionary leadership — Management has a clear mission & vision and communicates it effectively, inspiring confidence across the team Collaborative culture — Open communication and mutual respect make sharing ideas and learning from diverse expertise easy Also the management is open to any feedback that can improve the companies performance. Professional growth — Exposure to cross-disciplinary projects and people helps develop a well-rounded skill set and nurture professional development.

Cons

Very Ambitious! A fast-paced environment means priorities can shift quickly, which is great for those who enjoy variety and learning on the go. We are a growing company, so some processes are still being defined, but management is receptive to feedback and quick to improve.

Pros

Honestly, ReOrbit is a great place. If you happen to have no past experience in space industry or in leading people but you feel you want to vibe with the space business, ReOrbit's open-door policy is really welcoming for people who wouldn't typically find a job in any other space company due to the space industry's historical rigid quality standards. At ReOrbit, mobility is fluid and stereotypes have no place: non-technical people can (and will) lead technical people. In fact, it's possible to land yourself a seat in the management team with the right attitude and elasticity. If you haven't had the time to develop basic knowledge about how satellites work or emotional skills like empathy or self-criticism (which takes time), it is not an impediment to qualify for positions of leadership because the idea is that you learn those things in the job. That's ReOrbit in a nutshell: learning in the job. Be it Chief of Staff or part-time CSO. For instance, the Chief Commercial Officer comes from non-space industries like playable memes for the Gen Z, and this will not stop him from guiding the company's strategy in one of the most complex business environments you can find. Nothing is impossible if you are a "no excuses" person.

Pros

Exciting company with huge growth potential run by by good people with different background and experience. A great place to work with like-minded people in the space industry and to evolve professionally and individually. The management is very present, caring and supportive, always looking after the team and culture at first. I thrive at ReOrbit and look forward to great journey we have ahead, all of us together!

Cons

As any company in a rapid growth phase, the team grows fast and processes requires to be dynamic. But the company learns fast, adapts and becomes better.
