Admin are a joke Owner is a joke Questionable practices Parents think programs are being run but it’s like a daycare Low pay to highly qualified staff Highly aggressive older kids around d younger children

I would like to start by first saying, I apologize for my delayed response. I appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback. I believe that all feedback gives us the opportunity to be better today than we were yesterday. Our core values here are passion, perseverance, excellence, integrity, and faith. I am sorry to hear that during your time with us, you did not feel those core values. I would like to specifically address your concerns. You mentioned our administrative team and our clinical team. I admit, in the past we did not work in the arena of excellence when it came to collaboration between our clinical and administrative teams. This is at the top of my priority list. One of the many changes we have put into place is the addition of an executive team. This team is made up of administrators and clinical leaders. Our executive team has implemented our transition to electronic data collection, paid time off to include holiday pay, as well as the upcoming town hall meetings where we invite our team members to help us find creative solutions as well as new innovative ideas. The addition of our electronic data system as well as our practice management software allows us to see in real time the progress of our clients. This addition makes data-based decisions more fluid. With this system in place, there is an increased level of accountability which is also another priority of mine. Again, I am sorry your experience did not show our perseverance, our faith, our integrity, our excellence, and our passion for you as a team member. Awful place to work.

Pros

Clients and BCBA's are wonderful. Family atmosphere between the therapists.

Cons

Administration is biased and unwilling to change. Misconduct by employees to other employees gets swept under the rug. New hires are left hanging due to terrible training. Scheduling is inconsistent. Owner is cold, delusional, and uses religion to cover her bad business practices. Over 20 employees(BCBA and therapists) have left within the year because administrations unwillingness to listen to managerial issues. Multiple HIPAA violations go unnoticed or reported and ignored. Management is entitled based on made-up job descriptions. Only sees clients as numbers on a spreadsheet. Nowhere to move up professionally.

Thank you for providing us feedback on how we can continue to grow and make our organization a better place to work. We strive for a high level of integrity and excellence in everything that we do so it's very disappointing that your time with us felt less than that. Our organization is changing regularly to meet the needs of our growing team members, client base, and insurance requirements. Many of those changes have a direct positive impact on the quality of our training, human resource interactions, and our compliance to state and federal regulations. Some of those changes include the development of standard processes for training, streamlined performance management systems, compliance department, and grievance processes. It also includes the development of leadership positions within the organization from the programming side as well as administrative. All of these changes can feel uncomfortable and we completely understand that. Which is why we are always ready and willing to listen especially at our round table reviews with our HR Director. These changes allow us to strategically pursue our mission of supporting families and promoting growth. A positive place to work

Pros

Working here has provided me with a great opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. It is very clear that all employees, the therapists and the admin, care very much about their clientele. If you have a passion to be in this field then this would be a good place to work because there are lots of people who know the field very well that you can learn from.

Cons

Lots of different personalities there that don't always co-exist as well as maybe they should. There is a disconnect between the staff and the admin but it is clear that both sides are aware and working on that issue. And is is DEFINITELY getting better.
