      Pros

      I been working with the top big names brokerages of the industry and none came close to Broker Bay Realty when it comes to the quick support when needed, no monthly fees, the Best CRM available on the market and when it comes to their lead generation system, they are definitely ahead of the competition , Im receiving several real leads almost daily and my business is going for the best .. Highly recommend the brokerage for any realtor that start in the business or for experienced realtor

      Pros

      You will have experience with leads, and if you like an excuse to travel, meet people, and go into different houses and condos FOR FUN, then enjoy yourself. It might even be a paid hobby if you are lucky.

      Cons

      If they don't like you, they'll send crappy leads where you'll be aquainted with every ghetto and cocharoach infested apartment that you were not aware ever existed in the city and realize you don't have it so bad yourself!

      The office manager is accommodating; no monthly brokerage fees, and commission splits are not that bad.
