Good and very good sallary paying

This company should be investigated by the SEC. Turnover is unbelievably high. Management is straight up disrespectful to employees. Upper management gets their bonuses but lowly employees who actually make the business run get nothing. I've worked in grocery wholesale for almost 12 year when I started at RGF yet I was talked to like someone who doesn't know what a grocery store is. Micromanagement was next level. People routinely blamed everyone else for issues. There were not SOPs and their food safety program was the worst and most disorganized I've ever seen. Quality Control is basically non existent. No one knows whats going on everyone is just winging it. They don't pay vendors they give extra credits to customers instead of actually trying to make the company profitable and their use of FREE ITEM coupons to boost sales records for investor reports is honestly borderline criminal. Again I reiterate this company and its management should be investigated by the SEC.
