Pros

Creative designers, lettering, and flashlight pens.

Cons

Politics, politics, politics! Completely unorganized. The positive reviews are asked for and not freely given. "Organic" as they call it - never! Don't be fooled by what you see or hear. This is one company that is less than authentic, money hungry, and cuts draws in April and May so don't get comfortable unless you have early season sales. You will eventually work for nothing and will pay the price later when it comes to getting another job when you no longer work for them. If you really want to work in the cheer industry apply with another company and forego this dead-end opportunity.

Pros

The schedule is very flexible but demanding. Most employees work within close proximity to upper management so issues can be addressed quickly. There is so much growth and expansion that employees are given quite a bit of creative freedom. Building a portfolio is easy here because of the range of projects that are happening at all times. Some of the employees her are true GOLD but there are few of them. Seeing customers happy and getting their feed back is the best part of the job in my opinion.

Cons

Employees work gross amounts of overtime, some departments more than others. Sick days are not separate from PTO so taking a vacation pretty much never happens. Most employees have 10 days or less PTO per year. There is little to no compensation for doing anything extra, including traveling, etc (which is not technically required for the job ). If employees do not willingly take part in un-paid events it reflects poorly on them during review period. When upper management is addressed about the lack of compensation, benefits, etc employees are often met with attitude. Everyone at this company is treated if they are ungrateful and the lack of trust in well established employees is sad. The entire company runs like a high school. There is not a single day when people are not talking about other employees and belittling each other, upper management included. I know this is a common them in most creative fields but it is a serious problem here. CEO and upper management often send out emails asking employees to take part in Glassdoor surveys to increase numbers. Anytime a negative review is written this email goes out. It comes across as very desperate, which is sad being that there are plenty of other positive things they could focus on instead.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, ability to work from home, casual office experience

Cons

Manipulative managers, poor leadership, broken promises to employees and customers, zero regard for work/life balance, inconsistent management, conflict within executive team. There is always tension between departments and even sales teams. Management and ownership pick favorites, and treat others as secondary. Overall, not a healthy place to Learn and grow your career.
