      Pros

      Everyone works well together. No ego, no drama, no bs. Everyone works together to make the product better and we understand that. You feel appreciated by the team and you can see your work come to fruition through the product.

      Cons

      Compensation but it makes sense considering it's an early-stage startup and they were upfront with it during my interview.
