Pros

Leaving at the end of the day was the most relieving part.

Cons

This company is a disaster from the top down. Every day was chaotic, disorganized, and filled with unnecessary stress. Expectations changed constantly with zero communication, and employees were left to fend for themselves. Directors routinely came in visibly irritated, locked themselves in the conference room, and refused to engage with staff — unless it was to micromanage or criticize. What did I learn? Mainly how much disrespect, dysfunction, and poor leadership I could stomach before realizing no paycheck is worth your mental health. Management is a complete joke — unprofessional, petty, and clearly driven by favoritism over merit. There was no support, no accountability, and absolutely no leadership. Instead, they created a toxic culture fueled by gossip, cliques, and personal relationships directly influenced promotions and layoffs. Some of the hardest-working people there, were pushed out. Nearly the entire team was fired, and only a select few favorites were kept on. The rest were discarded like they never mattered. Hard work meant nothing. Loyalty meant nothing. If you weren’t part of their inner circle, you were expendable. The company hides behind flashy language about culture, perks, and growth—but it’s all smoke and mirrors. Behind the scenes, it’s a toxic environment that chews people up and spits them out.
