Pros

For the most part, it's a decent job. We can easily reach our team coordinator who helps us with clients and issues on pay. We are updated regularly on customer lists to help. It would be even better if they provided PPE for COVID-19 work. They provided reusable masks but that's it.

Cons

Working here requires driving to people's houses most times which isn't always worth it when you're only working 1.5-3 h shifts. I think the way the company organizes things like pay days is poor. We need to submit progress notes for clients we help by 12:00 PM on the last business day of the month which would exclude work done on this day if it's past 12:00 PM. How could you possibly submit a progress note for this day and time on time? We don't get paid till a month of working. The way that invoices are done are too informal in my opinion like on a spreadsheet. It once was done on a website that made invoices of pay look more professional. There's no benefits to working here because it's independent contracting work.
