Great people to work with. All supportive, hard-working and nice.
Projects with large retail companies.
Because the company is small, I wear different hats and have opportunity to try out things I've always wanted to do like coding or project management.
Work-life balance is great.
Cons
Immensely understaffed.
That leads to poor quality of work, unclear expectations for you, and no personal development unless you champion that yourself.
I find the corporate culture toxic - no one expresses their true feelings and gives candid feedback to each other or the management.

We value this feedback and welcome the acknowledgement of the positive factors it outlines. We are proud of our truly collaborative team, and we make sure that anyone who is experiencing issues or is feeling unsupported in their work has an open channel to discuss their situation and find a solution. Our regular conversations on both at company, team and individual level demonstrate that everyone is able to access this support whenever they need it.
To address the other points, it’s our policy to offer and arrange training to everyone in the company, no matter what their role, and so far this year over 60% of the team has taken part in at least one training day relevant to their needs delivered by an external party who are experts in their field as well as the internal training programme that is reviewed quarterly.
We are also committed to promotion from within – everyone has a path to career progress with regular one to one's to review and reset of their plan and we take every step to ensure they can develop and grow in their role.
Finally, it is inevitable in any growing company that roles and requirements evolve in line with client needs especially during holiday periods – we have an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects thanks to our long-term strategy for both product and people development.
We hope that this encourages everyone in the Red Ant team to talk to their line managers and/or the leadership team whenever they have an issue – we will listen and, wherever we can, take action to ensure they can do their best work.
