Pros

Approachable CFO, Devlopment team. The rest.......................... is negative. Condition of office.....bad

Cons

This company is run by a MD,Randy Tan who trusts nobody. No strategy set on a long term. Poor remuneration. MD dare not make decisions. Company staff turnover is more than 50% per annual. People don't leave the company, people leave the leader. Expect sales staff to close large accounts by 3 mths with no support. Fired all good staff but keep staff who have no results. Scheming managment who will remove incentives when sales staff are doing well.

Toxic Workplace

Pros

Action speak louder than words. How you treat your employee, it reflects your ethic and moral. You may think you are so powerful today, but time is more powerful than you. Know that 1 matchstick can burn a million trees.

Cons

Unusual turn over rate reflects many things about poor management. The leaders don't care their employees. Most of the time, they speak well, but low standard in action for almost everything. There are uncooperative co-workers who are willing to present face and deliver the work to C-level only. Many deadwoods just sit and wait for salary without doing their job. Tone from the top is toxic. The company that doesn't care and value people because the owner is already a millionnaire and can retire himself anytime.

Very very severe office politics

Pros

Good for those office politician

Cons

Genuine hardworking staffs rewarded with more works, responsibilities and scolding with no reward. All they did are to blame the newbie for the management mistakes and poor planning by all means and make sure to highlight it and broadcast aloud so others know. If it is within them, they will swipe it under the carpet. One of the senior management even asked to cover management wrong did entries by not provide certain documents to some external party (auditor) that asked for which will reveal the wrong. The senior management also spend time to think how to make trouble to others. Super Slackers/Quiet Quitters and Serious Office Politic (Making Works more Difficult) and these staffs are at high level. Totally absurd, nonsense, ridiculous. Only screwed-up management will hire these lousy persons to become manager and CFO. Big mistake. This led to my most (and hopefully my last) unpleasant working experience, by far, in my entire career.
