Cons

Team managers have no clue and will bully and harass you No care for your mental health Will only promote people who are friends with management or team leaders little possie. Unrealistic expectations of staff Constantly changing things or talking of changing them and then nothing happens or that changes are just unnecessary. Unless you are part LGBTQIA community you will not get anywhere with this company.

Pros

Some of the people are great

Cons

They have such a toxic work environment that they try and hide behind positivity. You will be made to bawl your eyes out and then spoken badly about behind your managers backs
