Who needs direction anyway? • Great place to practice staying calm while everything burns around you. • Free exposure to emotional resilience training—because appreciation and support are myths here. • If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to have requirements change every other day, this is your playground.

      Cons

      • Product team has no clue what they want. Today’s priorities? Irrelevant tomorrow. • You’re expected to rebuild entire features overnight—just Ctrl+Z your life and start over. • CTO once told a designer (handling three projects already) to work 18 hours a day if that’s what it takes. Mental health? Never heard of her. • Everyone around you wants to quit. Seriously—everyone. • Salaries can be delayed by a month or more. Because working for free builds character, right? • No processes, no empathy, no appreciation. But hey, at least there’s plenty of confusion.
