Pros

Small shop with sharp creative, a diverse client roster and a widely skilled staff.

Cons

Haphazard management and organizational structure, very limited constructive criticism offered, little room for non-management level employees to discuss wishes, concerns or opportunities for growth, atmosphere inhibits personality and alternative opinions.

Pros

Work from home on Fridays

Cons

Male management constantly on power trips, titles are irrelevant and you’ll do whatever work the managers don’t want to do, no promotional structure, high turnover rate, training and guidance is little to none. They really only care about the agency, as long as things are getting done that make them look good.

Pros

Summer Fridays are a pro

Cons

The biggest issue at this company is leadership. The president’s management style is disorganized and often undermines team productivity. There is a lack of clear direction, which leads to confusion, frustration, and high turnover. Gloria is no longer the CEO.
