Pros

Awesome coworkers really made the place

Cons

Owners don’t seem to care about much beyond raking in as much money as possible. For the establishment I worked in- there was hardly any training provided to staff, anyone could be hired as a server without experience and was put into a tip pool shared with veteran servers, had one of the dirtiest kitchens and restaurants I’ve worked in, no hustle to get hot food to tables, tip pool was being used to reduce labor costs, etc. Owners were aware of these problems yet nothing changed which made me wonder if the owners had much experience in running a proper restaurant.

Pros

Some friendly and hardworking colleagues, restaurants are in decent locations.

Cons

The leadership team lacks clear direction, leading to confusion and frustration. There’s also a significant lack of communication, with senior leadership being shady and dishonest, impacting productivity and morale. The overall top-down atmosphere is negative. The owners clearly have no desire for producing quality in their restaurants.
