Do yourself a favour: DO NOT WORK FOR THEM

Pros

Fancy big office with free tap water :) and gaming room (darts, pingpong)

Cons

At this company, appearance and showiness are valued far more than genuine talent or expertise. Management often shows bias, decisions lack transparency, and career progression depends more on connections than on actual performance. Communication is weak, feedback is infrequent and rarely constructive. The workload is uneven, with unrealistic expectations and little support provided. Not legal salaries, and benefits are minimal (and not equally accessible to all). The work environment is toxic, motivation is low, and many skilled employees eventually leave due to these issues.

Pros

Honestly, I couldn't find a single positive aspect worth mentioning during my time here.

Cons

The culture rewards sycophants and punishes true talent. Working here can seriously damage your career — even long after you've left.
