      I honestly do not have any.

      Cons

      I loved working for HH the first year and a half until it became noticeable if you spoke your mind and questioned certain staff you would be targeted. You had to be part of the clique to move up with this company.

      The hourly is high and we were closed on weekends.

      The commission is the worst I have ever seen. Only $15 per lease.

      There are barely any pros

      Cons

      They promote a very cliquish workplace environment. You are forever being accused of not doing enough. They value certain “cultures” about others. You are made to work Sunday to Sunday over the summer at no extra pay. The regionals talk down and are disrespectful to managers. They will also try to fire you eventually. Fair housing does not exist. If you want no sleep, a toxic and racially biased work place then work with them at your own risk.
