Pros

No drug tests company wide

Cons

Worked several rolls while underpaid. No sick days offered, if you get sick, you’ll get PTO deducted, if any, since PTO policy is very restrictive, and no vacations are offered on the first year. They are not OSHA compliant in many aspects of their operations there’s been a lot of major accidents non recorded; they live afraid OSHA will knock on their door to audit. Employee growth is limited to people taking over vacancies from other people leaving due to bad work-life balance and poor growth opportunities. Really poor work-life balance for every employee, from operators to management. Company grows but employees don’t. Human resources department is very lacking and doesn’t know employee-protection regulations, they only do as management tells them to which defeats the purpose of having an HR department. There are no bonuses, and raises are very low and don’t catch up to inflation meaning that every year employees earn less than prior years. And the list goes on, and on.
