      Free food and travel. Days out and scooters that you can fall off and no health care in case of injury.

      Cons

      Unstable CEO, lack of communication, general holier than thou atmosphere, must be LDS to fit in.

      Free food from Costco in the kitchenette.

      Cons

      I worked at Red Touch Media for over a year and the CEO never once visited the developers area. Imagine that, the CEO of a software company who never even bothered to visit his developers. He was too busy flying around the world watching football and hockey games. The CTO barely visited either.
