      -Colleagues are nice and friendly -Great place for learning and development

      -Long working hours sometimes over 12hrs -Bosses have bad temper, verbal abuse is frequent -Decisions and things are slow to execute as management are slow and indecisive -Minimal resources, company is always on budget cuts -Workplace safety and HACCP are non-existing, work at own risk
