Pros
Many of my co workers are nice. The place is decorated beautifully.
Cons
Everything else. Turn over is HUGE! as soon as workers see how things are run and that they cannot possibly be kept busy, they leave. Owner is a micromanager that has no idea what it is like to do the work. She often tries to fix non existent problems and ends up creating problems for her workers. Prices are too high for anyone to consider coming back as often as the owner seems to think they should. Workers get blamed for not being able to sell worthless packages that do not save the client any money. Owner over hires and yet expects everyone to magically create a large loyal clientele from the small number of people who call up looking for services. Everything is the workers' fault.
