      Support Underpaid and Overworked

      Pros

      Amazing team, big name clients, good work experience

      Cons

      reoccurring issues with product put strain on entire support team, managers micromanage a lot, not paid anywhere near enough for the work that is required, favoritism played constantly, no training program so it can take up to a year for a new hire to get fully up to speed

      Pros

      Management/owner listens to your input and does not micromanage. Co-workers are helpful as their is no training program. Implementation team is over worked but do a good job. Great downtown location and really nice office. Great benefits and 401k, they really do take care of you. Good pay, decent commission.

      Cons

      Not the most professional environment but not necessarily in a bad way. Lots of gossip but you can stay out of it and still get along with everyone. No training program.

      Hard to Leave--For All the Wrong Reasons

      Pros

      You will have some amazing co-workers. This is the sole reason it got 2 stars. Everyone is underpaid, but there are great people here.

      Cons

      People are afraid to leave because of what it will do to their reputation. Most companies want their employees to write about the company on social media--this one makes employees sign legal documents that they will not write anything about RedSky for fear of what employees will say. When employees are fired, they are paid to sign NDAs for fear of lawsuits. Rightly so--there have been several successful discrimination lawsuits. If you enjoy being afraid of your employer, both while you work there and after you leave, this is the job for you.
