Four day work week, overshadowed by the workload. *See cons below.

Exploitative environment. Not enough compensation for the grueling workload. $33k is slave wage for often +60 hrs of work. Toxic work culture riddled by religious zealots, intolerances towards other cultures or beliefs and leadership scandals. Pastor's were frequently on national news due to money mismanagement, affairs or retribution. If you are not religious, don't work here. Even if you're not religious, don't work here.
