Pros
Coworkers were fun to be around and worked well together. A great majority of the team were super nice and respectful people. I didn't sense any petty work politics and mind games; everybody wanted to do what's best for the company. We were provided with the tools and software needed to excel at our jobs. Michael is always straight to the point, which is the type of communication that I prefer from a CEO/founder.
Cons
Communication wasn't very strong. About three individuals were unnecessarily disrespectful and dismissive toward me, but every company and team is likely to have a few of those. When there were disagreements within the team, they were not always handled effectively.
