Worst employer of my entire life

Pros

Sadly, there are no pros to working for or with Redemption, and I wouldn’t recommend that anyone ever join their group, or see them as a patient.

Cons

Their moral character proves to be the biggest disappointment. Along with the billing fraud they openly commit with every patient transaction, my colleagues & I have seen them lie to their employees and providers alike, short them on their paychecks, work them to the bone, force them out, accuse their employees of the very fraud they themselves commit, ignore the advice/needs/concerns of their staff, neglect patients’ needs ... the list is a mile long. The Redemption management are not remotely compassionate, honest or even morally sound individuals. Nepotism at its finest. Morally reprehensible company who will bleed you dry, then rob you of your paycheck, or even sue you, if they think it’ll earn them a buck. Run from them, while you still can!

Liars and crap pay

Pros

Some of the front and back office girls are really nice.

Cons

Absolutely awful pay and lying managers. Barely trained me for 2 days before leaving me by myself at the front desk. Lied to me to my face about my progress-- one day I was doing so great, the next I was "going to slow and needed to speed up." Managers and docs were too busy getting spoiled by drug reps bringing in free lunch to bother to train brand new employees. Oh and don't expect to get an hour lunch EVER, even if you work a 10 hour work day with no breaks.

Pros

The front office staff is awesome, the providers (give or take one or two) are all really nice and appreciative of everything. They are very understanding and genuinely care about you and your well-being.

Cons

Management is TERRIBLE! They are lazy, bossy, and they expect way too much from their front office staff. They treat you like their puppet and are quick to replace you (should you have an opinion other than what they think.) They pay like crap ($10/hr.) don't let them fool you, there is no raises allotted no matter what they tell you! on top of all that they don't care about anyone but themselves.
