- Friendly & supportive team - Staff culture is unbelievable - supportive, fun, kind - Supportive managerial staff looking to help people progress - Always working on something different - Opportunities for learning, growth & upskilling - Working in something value-aligned - Making a positive change in the world - Staff discount for Cafe/Ecostore/Workshops - The building is incredibly cool to work in - Always have food available in the canteen
Cons
Few cons. The pay isn't incredible, but that's just social enterprise/non-profit work. I would prefer to be undertaking good work in a positive environment vs earning tonnes in a toxic environment not helping people or planet.

Pros
Some lovely people working there. opportunities to work with interesting organisations. The building is really cool. Lots of creative stuff happening in and around the centre. The garden is lovely and the community is very vibrant in this area. Occasionally thrown in the deep end so good potential to upskill.
Cons
Very controlling top management. Micro- management in the extreme. Changing plans with no notice. Not community minded or respectful. Very hierarchical. High staff turnover due to this mainly. Don't listen to their staff or fulfill promises. Don't seem to care about staff interests. Low morale. Seem to prefer staff to be bored than use their creativity. Only yes and downtrodden people seem to stay in employment. Pay and conditions poor. No pensions or even sick pay and not a lot of WFH opps (which is odd for a 'green' enterprise)
