Pros
Great Camaraderie, Great development culture, and at the same time very chill with a high level of trust in their employees. They encourage discussion and independence in their development department.
Cons
Organizational skills are not the best, it takes real effort by all the team members to keep everyone on task. The parent company often makes promises that it can't follow through on. Layoffs typically happen in January.
