Pros

I'm not there any longer.

Cons

Evil, two-faced, literally, psychotic managers who yell and embarrass you relentlessly in public, untrustworthy, lie, never want to hear what you have to say, self-righteous blowhards who swear constantly and talk about the employees behind their backs about their looks and weight, esp the poor women staff. They, absolutely, cannot be trusted. Anyone who has ever worked with these people all end up hating them because of the terrible human beings they are. They only believe what they chose to believe and will NEVER listen to what you have to say in defense, only to justify their natural and ongoing nastiness.

Pros

Patio season money is great IF you have enough seniority to get scheduled the money shifts out there.

Cons

Seniority is taken to a level that actually encourages the veteran servers to feel entitlement. They schedule the same 3 or 4 people ONLY to work the $400- $600 patio shifts. If you are new to the company, be prepared for the servers to treat you as if theyre seniors and you're the incoming freshman to their high school. And don't be surprised if they tattle on you to management about silly petty things that shouldn't even be their concerns. Its ridiculous how "cool" these women parade around thinking they are bragging about how much better of a server they are than you based on nothing but the amount of time they've worked there... no where else. I didn't know working for Redstone for a few years was equivalent to having a PhD in serving. Heads are inflated even bigger as they see themselves being scheduled the top shifts week after week. And what's worse is they're everything BUT model employees. It bothers them when other servers give up their shifts and its the topic of conversation for DAYS. Make sure you never come in late either, cuz they watch the clock then run to managers and snitch if they don't see you in the building on the dot down to the second. Pathetic behavior. Clearly not very confident in themselves otherwise they wouldn't have any reason to blast other people's mistakes with intent to get them in trouble. It's not great money outside of patio season veteran only shifts. Oh and if by some off chance you do happen to get scheduled a decent section shift while they feel you're too new, ohh boy they throw tantrums and complain about how long they had to wait before they got a patio shift and how unfair it is that they put people out there who don't know what their doing and don't deserve to be given opportunity to make good money yet as they haven't put in their dues working crappy stressful shifts yet. Managers go along with it just to get them to shut their mouths and stop complaining. They're also magically exempt from having to work weekends too... so you get scheduled doubles every single weekend to cover their shifts while they enjoy normal lives and get to attend family parties etc. If the money was good for everyone putting up with crap like that might be tolerable
