None - It's all a nightmare especially if you report to the founder
Cons
Founder has no manners on how to talk to employees - uses words like "harass team to get things done", cusses folks and so on. Extremely unreliable and changes decisions at the end moment. Making mistakes appear to be a sin. There's just work and no life and will make folks work 24*7 and mental harassment without any support for the team.
The management is the root cause of every problem here they micromanage everything from tip of the pen to what to say in meetings every thing is under scrutiny
There is a vast difference in the pay scale you will doing 3 people jon alone but still get pay in pennies while someone doing absolutely nothing will get paid in bucks
The management has no filter on their mouths will say anything and everything that comes on their tongue including profanity
There are no definite working hours you might get a call for some urgent work even at 3 clock at night and will be expected to deliver if not might get a earful
The work load get so much at time that you will get anxiety attacks
Will you will see some doing bare minimum and getting praised and you might be slogging for hours and only to be shouted at
There no training period you will be expected to all and everything from day one and the irony is no one will say what are role sand responsibility
