      Great company culture but with varying pay

      Pros

      Company culture is great and does have opportunities for employees to further their careers.

      Cons

      Depending on which part of the business you end up, pay range varies greatly. I am on the lower end of the range despite being a tenured leader. The current parent company's business strategy is alarming and adds a lot to my stress on a day to day basis.
