Definitely a good work environment for young professionals as it provides an opportunity to meet peers and clients of different age groups and nationalities. Work environment is inclusive and encourages diversity in creative ideas and strategies.
Cons
Startup setup could provide some instability in terms of work loads and task assignments. Minimal support for career growth especially for managers due to the fast turnover and uneven ratio of interns to employees.
