Pros
The management are very open to ideas and suggestions. They listen and work with staff on everything from work tasks to time off. They work very hard to provide a work life balance for all staff. They pay at a competitive rate and are always looking for ways to improve the work place and make your tasks easier. They are always trying new ideas and have been rolling out some incredible software to increase efficiency and accuracy allowing staff to focus on more important tasks. Of my many years in the work force this is by far the best company I have worked for.
Cons
The office can be a bit noisy but that is part of the workings of the company.
