Pros

None that I can think off

Cons

- Extremely poor benefits, only 10 days of annual leave, no medical benefits, no anything - Segregation between locals and native Japanese staff, the branch manager thinks that the Japanese are very good while the locals are dirt. - Staff keep leaving within 6 months, terrible turnover rate. - Very micromanaging, daily 9am, 1pm and 6pm meetings to report what you have done.

Pros

They manage your day by plotting your calendar with candidates that management "screened" so you have work to do throughout the day. So you are good to go if you are look for a stress-free job, then this is the place to be.

Cons

Too rigid, top management down, does not always have meals together and mostly stuck in the office for lunch. Only Japanese can be the one fronting the client and no locals

Pros

No Pros at all, except for a group of kind colleague

Cons

1. bias in the assignment of new clients: certain employees consistently receiving new clients while others are left with none. You need to "sucking up" to our General Manager in order to secure new clients 2. lack of professionalism of Senior RA: The senior colleague has demonstrated unprofessional behavior by engaging in inappropriate interactions, such as flirting with female coworkers regardless of their position or seniority. This behavior, which includes targeting individuals with power dynamics or new hires. Additionally, the senior's recent public relationship with a coworker further contributes to an unhealthy work environment. The senior's actions extend beyond interpersonal conduct to a lack of respect for boundaries, as evidenced by their tendency to disrupt colleagues during leave for non-urgent matters.
