      Pros

      - No micromanaging - Fully remote work is possible - Beautiful office in Malmö, Sweden, and Co-working spaces in Finland - Super friendly and social coworkers - Very down-to-earth and easy to talk to CEO and wonderful management team - Quarterly company gatherings fully covered by Refined, everyone gets flown down to hang out together in their office in Malmö - Good benefits and salary

      Cons

      - Working remotely in Helsinki vs in Malmö has its downsides if your work requires a lot of face-to-face time. - No micromanaging however, possibly need to be a really good go-getter in order to know what to do next. - Atlassian products can be a bit intimidating and overwhelming

      Very nice work culture including work-life balance with hybrid work, amazing colleagues, realistic expectations and very competent colleagues.

      Cons

      Nothing else apart from the fact that the company doesn’t award company stock or yearly bonuses.

      Pros

      Great values-driven culture, where everyone values trust and collaboration. Strong product, with a great proposition. Customers almost can't believe what it does when they see it. Leadership is very open-minded, forward-looking & accessible, They are quick to listen and to act on recommendations from new joiners. Great office spaces in superb locations that are simply nice places to be. Plenty of opportunities to grow & develop alongside the company.

      Cons

      The company is at a stage where it needs to think about the future and act less like a startup. This is natural, and a good fit some some people that want to join. It might not be what others are looking for.
