Many have done just like that.

The highest People Turnover I have seen in my life…I’ve never heard nothing like that from any friends or people I know. Before to join, better before to think to join in a Company like that, just ask to yourself WHY PEOPLE ESCAPE AS SOON THEY HAVE THE CHANCE? Average people time spent in the Company (4-up to 12 months), especially in Italian HQ. If you have the Chance just ask in the interview “How many people have left this Company in the last 2 year?” Hiring People (and losing them after a while) it seems to be the Hobby to feed the huge Ego. Many People have left good position in prestigious Companies, attracted by the shining word and promises to discover to late that everything is just fake...it seems this is the only strategy of Company...feed the Endless Ego of one Person Forget about people management- No management in place…one man show is the only principle…. Obsequiousness, no leadership, is the survivor strategies adopted by most of the people that work with the CEO…results people do not trust each other… Gossip and chat are the basis of the Communication…Speaking again the colleagues, when of course they are not present, is the Communication roles used at the highest Management Level (of course there is not any management hierarchy in place, one person over hundreds people) and it’s adopted daily to get information about people and their alleged fidelity. Forget about Performance measurement…the only one is the alleged fidelity to the Boss…of course is largely a fake. Second drive to measure the Fidelity and Performance is number of hours you spent in the Company (medieval work life balance)….results? People spent most of the energy to look busy then to really work! Delaying task and sentence like “I am too busy” are the common vocabulary…Many people sitting in the office doing nothing…waiting to reach a couple of hours extra time work (this is the normal way in the HQ) and some others just spy all of them and inform the boss if have done or not extra time…incredible!!!! Appearance it’s all….no substance is the fact. Screaming again the People is the basic attitude and terror atmosphere is consider a value and used as strategy control of the People…you can catch easily the difference when "some Person" is around or not… Process…Process…Process…and once again Process…Just forget this word in you join in the Company…the meaning seems to be a Mystery, especially for the management. Organization Chart doesn’t exist…if you don’t believe…ask to see it. …the awful atmosphere is progressive worse approaching HQ. Travel: easy said…doesn’t matter your private life…your business trip will be managed by direct from "some People" and you are going to be informed about your fly schedule at the last possible day…even the day before…because "some People" have to approve every business trip…For sure you will be forced to travel after the normal time work (for example after 17.30) and doesn’t matter if you will reach you hotel at the midnight (after one day work) and you have to wake up the day later at 6.30…Fly schedule will be selected in order to spend the least possible…to save 20€ you will be forced to stopover 3 hours in some airport in Europe even when it not necessary because there is the direct fly…so stupid...same way for Hotel. The last trend is to book room that employs have to share during the business trip…incredible… Diversity in not a value…diversity is a Problem: you can easily hear sexist comment (again women) and comment based on the most banal stereotypes about the Foreigners as well... The only true Stereotype is the cliché of the self made man peppered with Italian “macho-man” flavor….. The quintessence of banality… Marketing/Marketing Strategy are unknown Concept. Just Show off. People development, for example training course or career development plans are totally unknown words in this company and they will be like that forever. In synthesis the Cultural Background and consequently the Company Cultural beliefs and values are dramatically poor and weak. The sovereign ignorance every aspect of the company and the relationship between people and Machiavellian behavior is the basic guideline to survive. The worst working place I have work in my life…I have never lived an experience like that… Do not make the mistake to work in this Company!!! Never and never!!!
