Pros

The staff was straightforward about their expectations during the interview. They set high expectations, which works well for those who are fast learners and self-motivated.

Cons

Depending on where you work you may be asked to work long shifts or overnight and holidays. Employees also learn other positions, which can be a good or a bad thing.
