Pros

Learning independently. Some customers are just wonderful amazing people. Nice connections.

Cons

No structure for a company that's been around for 30 years. Horrible managers. Always are jumping people. They bring high dollar contractors because training is horrible. Too much drama! One person teaches you this way, the next person teaches you another way and says the 1st person wrong. Then bring in another new person and the 1st 2 were wrong. Yikes.

Pros

My coworkers have been kind to me, but the company itself hasn't. I've felt miserable ever since I started working here. If you're thinking of applying for a position here, I encourage you to stay away instead.

Cons

Regency Furniture is a company I wouldn't recommend working for to anyone. The managers are hostile and treat employees like garbage, workloads are brutal, hours are long, the pay is meager, and there isn't much room to advance, especially if you don't have any connections.
