Free coffee. Some people were ok to work with.
Cons
They have no structure at all. Regenity is very big on micro managing everything. They have a 45% turn over. No one stays that long here. THE MORAL IN THIS COMPANY IS VERY LOW. It is a depressing place to work at. A whole department left because of management. They are know for giving you more responsibility when some one leaves with no high pay.
