The office looks nice, but thats about it
Cons
Everything, management micromanage and take no accountability for their decisions or mistakes. They will deflect all responsibility onto you. There is a poor structure in place and you will get no support from the management. Their head of department is a racist and instead of letting her go they transferred her job title. Brought in a director whose useless and most notably there is a crazy high staff turnover in all departments.
