      Pros

      Easy to get hired, way to get your foot in the door if you're new to the industry.

      Cons

      Very chaotic, unstructured, employees are mistreated, tech's are incorrectly paid salary without overtime, high turnover rate, poor management of job sites results in more work than necessary, inefficiency and lower quality of work overall.

      Pros

      some of the people there were really nice. That's about all i have.

      Cons

      The owner promised to provide a vehicle after a probationary period, then when i held him to his promise, he bought a car from Craigslist and laid me off a month later.
