      At one point in time it was stable and had decent leadership

      Cons

      Terrible upper management, useless HR that defends and protects problematic higher ups. Base pay for all roles that aren't upper management are below industry standard, no actual appreciation or respect given.

      - Great Upper Management - Human resource management and work environment is the best - No unnecessary pressure to do your job

      It depends on your career goals; if it fits company's vision and strategic goals I haven't seen that much of a cons in this company
