Flexible scheduling, fully remote setting and simple tasks.
Cons
Compensation was somewhat low for the level of work, though tasks were simple there were also some unreasonable expectations from lack of training. Management also occasionally would bring personal concerns into the workplace which translated into poorer treatment.
