      Some flexibility of schedule. Coworkers were very kind and fun to be around.

      Micromanaging, 0 work-life balance, constant negativity The only thing that's good enough for management is how little they pay for how much work they expect you to do. Micromanaging creates a hectic and disorganized culture and a perpetually negative atmosphere.
