It's miserable there. When there are issues with product they look the other way and act like there is no problem. Causing double or triple the work. They claim they care about safety but also they ignore safety issues. If you want to work here don't.

The pay, they show a pay range on the job post. But you will start at the low end and will only ever make the high end.
