      Good work hours and decent medical benefits

      Cons

      It's miserable there. When there are issues with product they look the other way and act like there is no problem. Causing double or triple the work. They claim they care about safety but also they ignore safety issues. If you want to work here don't.

      Servant leadership philosophy, team oriented project management, beautiful and amazing artistry of woodworking. Company culture embraces caring, learning, continuous improvement, and achieving results.

      Cons

      A pipeline full of work and not enough team members to get it done. Geographically challenged by the eastern Long Island location.
