      You get your salary on last working day of month.

      Cons

      Avoid to join organisation. No Work culture, Work life balance, rewards of good Work, job security is zero.. One month joined employee also they layoff. Behavior of top management with employee also not healthy..

      Have extra benefits like: paid private education fees. Gives 2 extra paid days leave (28 days instead of 25)

      Cons

      Gives almost never Overtime pay, and still don't offer 30-days paid leave.
