Leaderships does not know there jobs, they use scare tactics to control their employees, such as, threaten of firing them, multi write-ups for no reasons and telling employees that they are the only reason why such employees still has a job is because of them.The own uses profanity in front of patients and makes inappropriate comment.s. You can do the best job for months even if it was not in your original job description. The 1st mistake you make will get you written up or Fired. I am seen people get fired on there 1st and 2nd day of working with this company.
