Pros

- End-to-end ownership: You get full visibility of the supply chain — from sourcing mills in Europe to coordinating overseas freight, import processes, warehousing, and final deliveries to Canadian and U.S. customers. It’s a place where you really learn to manage the whole cycle. - Fast learning curve: Because the team is lean, you learn quickly, gain autonomy, and develop practical problem-solving skills in procurement, supplier relations, and logistics. - Leadership is approachable: Management is accessible and appreciates initiative. You can suggest improvements and actually see them implemented.

Cons

- It’s a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, great if you like ownership, but it may feel intense during peak purchasing and import cycles. - Some processes are still evolving, so you need to be comfortable building structure as you go.

Pros

Variety in products and tasks provides some learning opportunities.

Cons

Management practices and organizational priorities at Relative Space / Relative Floors + Walls seem to change often, sometimes without transparent rationale. Turnover continues to be a challenge, which reflects underlying cultural and management issues. Employee morale generally follows these shifts, and gaps in support can create a sense of uncertainty across the team.
