      Nice company to start in however there is no point of staying longer than couple of years

      Pros

      The office is in the city center and the office itself is very nice, plus you have all kinds of snacks provided.

      Cons

      They don't allow you a possibility of remote work. There are no bonuses. The pay raises are minimal and during performance reviews anything extra you are doing is not being rewarded.
